How to log a IT Service desk ticket.
What is a service desk ticket? A service desk ticket allows users to report a issue with there computer, mobile or even a software issue. We are here to help with any IT issues.
Open the following link - Support : McConnell and click on report an issue.
Fill in the form with your IT issue. First being the requester, This can be you or for a colleague, then the subject or type of issue you are having then a description. For example Word being slow. Please enter as much useful information in the description to give us a better understanding of the issue you have encountered.
Once this is a all filled in correctly please click submit as per the below.
Once this has been submitted you will get an email like the below.
